We advise schools and associations to maximize their fundraising efforts as much as possible! Because this is always a win-win situation for everyone!

That's why we're more than happy to share our tips & tricks with you. These are based on our own experiences as members of a school's parents' association, as members of a sports club, or as parents of children in a youth sports club, as well as successful actions from our members of the Bolo Club.

Focus on the good side

  • Long shelf life of the rolls! You can keep them in the refrigerator for a minimum of 5 weeks. Which family doesn't enjoy a delicious spaghetti bolognese once every 1 to 2 weeks?! Encourage your supporters to stock up on their 'winter supply', as the rolls can be perfectly stored in the freezer for even longer.
  • Specify the goal to which you want to donate the proceeds! And communicate this to your supporters. Are you going on a trip? Saving up for a new playground equipment? Supporting the operations of a charity? Trying to realize a project? ...
This way, people know what they are supporting!

Go crazy: 10+1 free!

Add an extra dimension to your campaign and offer a 10+1 free promotion!

On average, supporters buy about 4 to 5 rolls per family. Some immediately order 10 units as a nice round number. So, convince your supporters to buy at least 10 rolls! They get 11 rolls for the price of 10 (€50). Indeed, you're giving away 1 extra, but you're earning €22.50! But... From a purchase of 1,000 units, your purchase price already goes down! And this makes it interesting to sell as many rolletss per supporter as possible. And that 10+1 free promotion is the ideal promotion for this!
